Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 1-3 days from order confirmation

Oncer orders are prepared a tracking number will be sent to the customer and he will be able to view and see when he/she will receive the order. We will try our best to fulfil the order as soon as it is confirmed.

Please keep the proof of delivery receipt signed/confirmed by the registered customer

Customs, duties, and taxes

RC Gadgetz is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

RC Gadgetz is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

If you receive a damaged package please take picture as proof when filing a claim.

Due to the ever increasing shipping rates, we have found that the best solution to be able to ship at. a cost effective rate is by using Aramex Shop and Ship services, this is a free membership account in most countries, and the best part is they will only charge the customer the actual weight of the product and not the volumetric weight.

if you require as assistance with shipping of Aircrafts or the shipping rate is high please contact us to get you a better shipping method.
